This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with McLeod Albums (VOUDAKAKIS SOTIRIOS PAVLOS, Esperidon 19, Ind. Area Evosmos, 562 24 Thessaloniki, Greece) are dispatched and delivered. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within Greece and the rest of Europe. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Carrier
Orders shipped within Greece are delivered via ELTA COURIER. Orders shipped to the rest of Europe are delivered via DHL. In some cases we may use an equivalent courier offering comparable service and delivery times, at our discretion.
3. Order Processing Time
Every album and box is made to order. Processing time varies with product complexity and order volume, as described in Section 3 (Order and Production Process) of our Terms & Conditions, and begins once your Files and specifications have been received and, where applicable, a proof has been approved.
4. Delivery Times
Once dispatched, ELTA COURIER delivery within Greece typically takes 1-2 business days, and DHL delivery to the rest of Europe typically takes a few business days, depending on the destination country. These timeframes are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed; they are separate from, and additional to, the order processing time above.
5. Shipping Costs
- Greece: free shipping on orders over 99€. For orders below this threshold, ELTA COURIER shipping costs 6.90€.
- Rest of Europe: free shipping on orders over 199€. For orders below this threshold, DHL shipping costs 19€.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email (ELTA COURIER for Greece, DHL for the rest of Europe) so you can follow its progress to delivery.
7. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries within the European Union, no customs formalities apply. For deliveries to European countries outside the EU (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway), your order may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the Partner’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.
8. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you once it has been delivered by our courier (ELTA COURIER or DHL, as applicable) to the address provided at checkout.
9. Damage, Loss or Delay in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible and within the timeframe described in Section 8 (Quality Assurance and Warranty) of our Terms & Conditions, including photographs of the product and its packaging where relevant, so we can assist you and, where appropriate, file a claim with the courier.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Partner.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time, for example if we change carrier, shipping area or pricing. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
