This Payment Methods page explains how orders placed with McLeod Albums (VOUDAKAKIS SOTIRIOS PAVLOS, Esperidon 19, Ind. Area Evosmos, 562 24 Thessaloniki, Greece) are paid for. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer (wire transfer to our business bank account), and Credit/Debit Card and other online payment methods via our secure payment gateway, Viva.com Smart Checkout.
2. Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please transfer the amount to our bank account and use the order number the site sends you when you place your order as the payment reference. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once payment has been received and confirmed in our account.
3. Card and Online Payments
Card and other online payments are processed securely through Viva.com Smart Checkout. Orders paid this way are confirmed and enter processing automatically once payment has been authorised.
4. Currency
All prices on our website and all payments are in Euro (€), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Invoicing
The official invoice will be sent to you once production of your order is complete. If you do not enter your VAT number, you will be invoiced with a retail sales receipt.
6. Order Processing and Payment
As described in Section 3 (Order and Production Process) of our Terms & Conditions, production of your order begins once payment has been confirmed and, where applicable, a proof has been approved.
7. Payment Security
Card payments are processed by Viva.com, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details on our servers.
8. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, your order will not be processed. Please contact us or your card issuer/bank if you believe this happened in error, or try an alternative payment method.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Payment Methods page from time to time, for example if we add or change a payment provider. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
